You'll be the engine behind Huehaus's expansion. This role is all about building sustainable growth through strategic partnerships, thoughtful outreach, and genuine relationships. You'll identify opportunities, open doors, and ensure the right clients find us (and we find them).
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Huehaus's client base.
Build partnerships with complementary agencies, platforms, and networks.
Manage outbound campaigns and nurture inbound leads.
Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends.
Collaborate with our team to refine positioning and messaging.
Track metrics, analyze performance, and optimize our approach.
Represent Huehaus at networking events and industry gatherings.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth role (agency or studio experience preferred).
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Deep understanding of the design industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Strategic mindset with tactical execution abilities.
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
Based in or willing to relocate to the Vancouver area.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Existing network in the startup, tech, or creative industries.
Experience selling design services or creative work.
Basic understanding of Framer, no-code tools, or web design
Content creation or personal brand-building experience.
