Framer Developer

You'll design and build client websites in Framer, working from initial design
concepts or building from scratch depending on the project. You'll work closely
with our senior designer and creative director on branding elements and visual
direction, then translate that into functional websites: making layout decisions,
building component systems, and implementing interactions. Between client
projects, you'll create Framer templates for our store.
Your Responsibilities:
Design and build custom Framer websites from scratch, owning the full
creative and technical process.
Transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect Framer sites when needed.
Create Framer templates in accordance with the creative direction.
Develop interactive components, animations, and micro-interactions.
Design layouts, establish visual hierarchies, and make typography decisions.
Implement responsive designs that work flawlessly across all devices.
Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
Create reusable component libraries and design systems.
Integrate third-party tools and custom code when needed.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing site maintenance.
Stay updated on Framer features and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of professional experience designing and building websites in
Framer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and development skills in Framer
You understand layout, typography, colour, and hierarchy.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
Eye for detail and ability to create polished, professional designs.
nderstanding of responsive design principles and user experience.
Experience with animations and interactions (Framer Motion, GSAP, etc.)
Ability to work independently and make design decisions.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Published Framer templates or community contributions.
Knowledge of CMS integration and dynamic content.
Previous agency or studio experience.
